There are flowers in her hand but she doesnt know why

so my friend tiffany had her baby today. 4 and a half weeks early. tiffany is now a mother. at 17. the baby is gonna be ok. she was on a ventilator cuz she wasnt breathing when she was born. but she is ok now thank goodness. tiffany had to have an emergency C-section cuz the umbilical cord was wrapped around the baby's neck. i had originally gone over to her house to give her the baby shower present i bought for her. and her dad was like "uh shes not here right now. shes at the hospital. she had a baby." so her sister and i went to visit her. i walked to the maternity ward of the hospital and stood outside the glass and looked in at the baby. and newborn babies are really nothing more than red, squinty, squalling lumps, but this baby was the most beautiful red, squinty, squalling lump ever. she was so darn cute and tiny. too bad she doesnt have a chance to be raised right. its rather sad really.
