today, i tried to be artsy. carrie and i went to the park and i was trying to be all photographery. and... im not that artsy. carrie is all "look for interesting things. patterns and lines and things that draw the eye back." and jen is texting "rule of thirds! you can make any picture look good if you follow the rule of thirds!" and im going ".....cant i just point and shoot??" and thats what i did. whatev. me and art dont get along. give me something i can calculate or measure any day, none of this "rules of composition" crap. despite that, here are some of the ones i took today. in case you wanted to see.
